01. About

I am a self-organised person with a passion for new technologies that simplify things.

Through my professional career I've worked on fun and exciting projects built on top of JSON APIs, WebSockets and IoT-based technologies.

Most of my "dev work" is on backend solutions, where I lean on API design, Clean Code / Layered Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, design patterns and event sourcing. I also do frontend and server-related work — I enjoy it, even if I don't get to master those stacks to the same level, so I keep my knowledge there regularly updated too.

As an experienced developer with a wide range of technical skills, I like testing ideas on not-so-popular technologies when they're the right fit for the problem at hand. I'm a big fan of PHP and JS, which covers most of the web-related solutions I've worked on — plus C/C++, Python, Redis, ElasticSearch, Symfony and Vue.js where the problem calls for it.
